Though they didn’t meet while attending Utah State, the temple and the city of Logan hold deep roots for both of them—making it the perfect place for this special session. A Modern Start to a Classic Love Story

Blake and Megan met in December through Hinge, a surprise for Megan who had once sworn off dating apps. Their connection grew through museum dates, nature walks, hiking, and long conversations about books. Early on, Blake read Little Women simply because Megan mentioned it was a favorite—an early sign of how intentional and thoughtful he is. A year later, he proposed during a snowy evening walk under a full moon—just as magical as it sounds.


A Love That Bridges Cities and Schools

Megan grew up in Logan, graduated from Logan High and Utah State, and then moved to Ohio for physical therapy school. She now works as a PT in Salt Lake City. Blake, originally from Tooele, served a mission in Arizona and is currently in pharmacy school at the University of Utah. Though their paths didn’t cross in college, their shared connection to Logan made the temple feel like coming home.


A Joyful Future Together
