I had the pleasure of working with Daisha and Doug once again, this time for their Mantua poppy family photos. It feels like just yesterday I was photographing their wedding day, and now, here we are capturing precious moments with their sweet 6-month-old baby. Let me tell you, this little one is absolutely the cutest thing I’ve ever seen—those big, bright eyes and that adorable smile just melted my heart!

We took these photos at the stunning Mantua poppy fields, and the vibrant, colorful flowers made for the perfect backdrop. Even though it was a hot day, Daisha, Doug, and their little one did such an amazing job staying cool and relaxed throughout the session. The poppies in full bloom added a soft, romantic touch to the photos, and I loved how the warm tones of the flowers paired beautifully with their outfits.

To make it even more fun, they brought along their puppy, and I can't get enough of how sweet it was to see the dog interacting with the baby. It’s always a joy to capture those candid, family moments, and their puppy brought so much extra happiness to the shoot.I’m also excited to see Daisha, Doug, and their extended family in just a few weeks for their larger family photos. I’m so grateful for their continued support and the trust they’ve placed in me to document these special milestones. It’s truly an honor to be part of their family’s journey, and I can’t wait to capture more memories with them in the future!
