Tony Grove Bridals with Karlee and Jaxon
Karlee and Jaxon’s Tony Grove bridals were as dreamy and joyful as their love story. Nestled high in the mountains above Logan, Utah, Tony Grove Lake offered the perfect setting for their bridal session—complete with wildflowers, pine trees, and that iconic alpine backdrop. The couple’s deep connection and genuine laughter made every image radiate with warmth.
From a Halloween Party to Forever
Karlee and Jaxon first met at a random Halloween party in Logan, Utah. Karlee remembers seeing him walk into the room and thinking, “I need to talk to that guy!” By the end of the night, Jaxon took a selfie and asked for her number so he could send it. What started as a simple exchange led to a friendship, then a relationship that quickly became something more.
The Perfect Proposal at Porcupine Reservoir
Their love story continued with a romantic proposal. Jaxon planned a thoughtful picnic in the back of his truck at Porcupine Reservoir. As they danced to their song, he handed Karlee a bouquet of flowers with the engagement ring tucked inside. Then, he got down on one knee and popped the question. It was a moment they’ll never forget—just like their stunning Tony Grove bridals.
A Shared Life of Adventure and Support
Karlee is finishing her degree in secondary education with an emphasis in biology at Utah State University, while Jaxon is pursuing mechanical and aerospace engineering. He served a mission in the Philippines and grew up in North Ogden. Together, they love being active, cooking good food, watching shows, and spending time outdoors.

Younger sister of my past Brides
I’ve had the absolute joy of photographing two of Karlee’s older sisters’ weddings, so getting to work with her and Jaxon felt like reuniting with old friends. Their family is one of my favorites to serve—kind, fun, and full of love. For their Tony Grove bridals, I actually drove up to the lake early to scout the light and make sure everything would look perfect for their session. Karlee and Jaxon were giggly and happy the entire night, making my job so easy and so enjoyable. I already can’t wait to celebrate their wedding day in August!
